Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or the permission of a parent or guardian where applicable. Please provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. You must not use our store for unlawful activity, fraud or interference with the security or operation of the service.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, sizing information and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description. Availability may change. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item.

Prices and payment

The applicable currency, shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. International purchases may be subject to additional import charges not collected at checkout, depending on the destination. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification. Price changes do not change the price of an already accepted order.

Orders

Please review your order before submitting it. An automated receipt acknowledges that we have received your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If an order cannot be accepted because of unavailability, a payment issue, a material listing error or a reasonable suspicion of fraud, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for that order. We will not substitute a different item or charge a different price without your agreement. This clause does not restrict rights arising under applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options and charges depend on your destination and are displayed at checkout. Our Shipping Policy provides further information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. We remain responsible for our delivery obligations under applicable consumer law; carrier or customs delays do not remove your statutory remedies.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to contact us and arrange a return. You retain all applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
